>8 years of experience with MilliporeSigma, the life science business of Merck, KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany. Recently, I joined our Applied Solutions business, supporting the Chief of Staff Office. I’m excited to be part of a purposeful organization focused on ensuring healthy and safe outcomes for our customers. Beyond my day job, I have a passion for helping people and teams realize their full potential – which includes my own personal development.

My career started in an entry-level customer service position. From there, I was able to take on roles of increasing responsibility, including >5 years of managing people and leading teams. Prior to joining Applied Solutions, I spent a year on assignment supporting our CEO Office.

Looking back I feel most proud of the teams I’ve worked with and all that we accomplished together. I’ve been at my best when creating team cultures of excellence, coaching improved performance, inspiring people through communication, and learning from and overcoming challenges. I’m thankful to have so many great memories to build on and I’m curious to see where my journey takes me next.
