I’m 29 years old and in my day job I enjoy the privilege of leading an organization of more than 50 people. I truly appreciate serving others and I’m passionate about helping people and teams realize their full potential.

I believe that the combination of my leadership experience and young age makes me especially helpful for people in their 20s and 30s who are either new to leadership or who aspire to be in a leadership role.

I have ideas and advice on things like customer service, personal development, organization & productivity, career planning, coaching & mentoring, communication, personal branding, hiring, and strategic thinking.
